At Titan Bull Terriers, we want you to feel confident and secure in your decision to welcome one of our puppies into your family. While returns due to health issues have been extremely rare, we maintain comprehensive policies to ensure peace of mind for all our puppy families.

Our Policies

Refund Policy

Health-Related Refunds: If your puppy's veterinary examination reveals discrepancies with the provided health records, or if the puppy is deemed unhealthy or diagnosed with genetic defects, you are entitled to a full refund within 3-5 business days.

Care Concerns (Within 90 Days): If you feel you can no longer provide adequate care for your puppy within the first 90 days, you may return the puppy for a full refund. Before processing, we'll conduct a health examination.

After 90 Days: Refunds are no longer available for care-related returns after the 90-day period.

Return Policy

Within 90 Days: If you decide to return your puppy within the first 90 days due to inability to provide care, you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping fee.

After 90 Days: You remain responsible for the re-shipping fee if you wish to return the puppy for care-related reasons.

Health Issues Discovered: Should a veterinary checkup within the first 7 days find the puppy to be unwell or have genetic defects, Titan Bull Terriers will cover the re-shipping fee.

Our Track Record

We're proud to share that we have not had any puppies returned due to genetic defects or health issues. The only return we've experienced was from an owner who had to relocate abroad for work and couldn't find a suitable caretaker.
